At JPS, we are committed to providing excellent care and exceptional service in an environment that promotes a safe and healing environment. We are very interested in both your compliments and your concerns.
Your concerns can first be taken to your immediate care provider (primary care physician, charge nurse, site manager). If your concerns are not addressed, then The Office of the Patient and Family Experience will act as the liaison between you and our Network when needed. Interpreters are available in a multitude of languages.

You can stop by our office on the 1st Floor of John Peter Smith Hospital (across from the Gift Shop) at 1500 S. Main Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76104. A care ambassador is in the office from Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm.
